We have tried to avoid using a 3rd party ticket sales vendor in the past, but we know how frustrating the issues have been with website stability when we open sales. Because of this, we are trying a new external service that will be able to support the demand that we have grown to face. Unfortunately, there is a small fee for this service, but we hope that the improved experience is worth the tradeoff. Use the link above to visit our ticket vendor.
There are a few other benefits to this service... it will allow you to change your tickets to an alternate open date if needed, and has an option that will put you on a waitlist that will automatically notify you if additional tickets become available for a specific date.
We hope this makes the ticket purchase process more equitable and appreciate your feedback on the new process.
We are very fortunate to have Santa Claus visit us from the North Pole. He comes to us in his lumberjack themed attire, perfect for our Christmas tree farm look and feel! Photos are available for an additional fee.
We have several food vendors available to fulfill your hunger needs (but we won't judge if you only want to fill up on cookies and cocoa). Our vendors are cash only, so please plan accordingly.
Mother Nature is beyond our control, but experience has shown that our guests have a great time, even in inclement weather! Bring your umbrella to help stay dry and our friendly train crew will happily squeegee your seat for you! Tickets, therefore, are non-refundable (unless we cancel the event). If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift/sell (at no more than retail price) your tickets to someone else. Just ensure that they have your ticket confirmation details and contact information available in order to be able to check in. Please be mindful of scammers claiming to sell tickets that they don't actually own. If you have any doubts, please contact us to verify the authenticity of tickets being sold by a 3rd party (other than our ticket vendor, FareHarbor, of course).
Pajama Christmas is the only time of the year when we are open to the public after dark. It's the only way to experience the magic of moonlight steam train rides. The glow from the locomotive's fire flickers across the ground and the occasional sparks from the smokestack swirl up into the air before burning out. Steam hangs in the air to take on the appearance of riding the train through the clouds.
Tickets are limited and sold in advance so there won't be the usual crowds typically seen during the day, making for a much more cozy and relaxed atmosphere.
Don your snuggliest matching pajamas and come to the farm after dark. Enter at the front gate, park your car, and follow the lanterns to the Stone Bridge where you will check in and get your wristbands, then head up the stairs up to Hillcrest Station. If you need accessible parking, go in the front gate first, drop someone off to get wristbands and the staff will direct you to accessible parking.
Unlimited steam train rides through the redwood trees and across the farm in the crisp December night air with lights and displays will inspire a sense of awe. Fire bowls ablaze to warm yourself by while listening to live music and consuming all you can eat cookies with a full fixings hot chocolate bar will make you feel right at home. It's a night of family, friends, music, and holiday cheer with a touch of magic that will create everlasting memories for all!
